The city boasts a museum to fellow Slav Nikola Tesla and another dedicated to failed relationships. One where the electricity is amplified and another where it has fizzled out. Energy in thermal form is the duty of this rare manhole cover. The typeface on this cover is bold and unique as is the central logo. Livnica Ljubija is the foundry and a familiar gum splat sits at four o’oclock.
The perfect gift for housewarmings, and anniversaries each illustration is initially hand-drawn for precision and then permanently etched into cork. The trivets are .375" thick and 7.25" in diameter with rounded edges. The engraving method has incredible detail and tactility. Fabricated from sustainable Portuguese cork.
